it's easier said than done, not to treat with steroid creams. she is in jr. high and it is heart breaking to be asked 24/7 "what's wrong with you etc.."

she's been on a whole foods diet for 2 months and nothing. the only thing that worked were the steroid ointment. thankfully, it has helped her for the meantime. i totally agree that these skin issues are from within. but in the meantime, because it is on her face and it was making her face tough, i had to use the ointment. coconut, jajoba, wheat germ, olive and avocado oil were making way worse.

i tried the dead se salt and it worked a bit. but not on the face and scalp. it made it worse. her face got red and flaky. her scalp got drier and flakier.

i just started the probiotics. and i am waiting for oregano essential oil so that i can make my own oregano oil.

these skin issues are a pain in the rear! i feel bad for those who suffer from such ailments. Tweet
