yes!!! Day 10, boo-ya!!!

Hey, everybody, this is the tenth day for me on the MC. To be honest this is the first day where I feel really good. Maybe because I hit day ten, which is a milestone of sorts. Also, because it is my 5th time on the cleanse and my enthusiasm is not as sparkling high as before. Until today though, I am feeling much more inspired. My tongue had a thick white coating at first and now it is half off! Every day a little bit of white comes off. I am shooting for 30 days on the cleanse. See you guys later!!!
