Re: What can be done about Candida biofilms not inside of the gut?

From what I understand Nystatin is typically prescription only.

Though an established poster once referenced he purchases from this website (I saved the link):

I'm not knowledgeable enough to answer the differences between fluconazole and nystatin. I've used difflucan (fluconazole) though on multiple occasions, sometimes daily for a two week period, and it doesn't do much for me either.

I'm having better luck currently with CandaClear Four and Bio 82. I will be rotating these with Pau d'Arco, monolaurin, coconut oil, SF722, and various essentials oils (as per frostymug's "What Worked for Me" guide).

I've heard of InterFase Plus, and think it's a good option re: biofilms. Do you have any idea where to purchase from? I'm currently trying to do the same.

I want to get into enemas; I feel they could help. Essentially Nystatin enemas. It's just a big step, you know? And I feel it takes a decent amount of prep. It's definitely a mental thing, too. And I want to make sure they're safe to perform on my own.
