Re: laxative tea

I use a brand called Smooth Move. In addition to the senna leaf it also has fennel and some other herbs, and has kind of a licorice flavor. It's a little odd at first but it has grown on me and I look forward to the taste because you get a little bored with just lemonade and mint tea while on the MC. You can get it for sure at Whole Foods and I've also seen it in other grocery stores. Tweet
