PLEASE HELP IMMEDIATELY:
I started a one day water fast, went very easy so I decided to go for three. Three turned to five, etc etc and today is day 9. I was going to go for 15, but I just remembered we have a social commitment tomorrow and I have to eat at it; my husbands boss and wife taking us out to dinner (just us 4) and I don't know them well and I cannot sit there with a glass of water. It would be horrible for my husband, and rude to them. I don't know how I forgot but I did.
It is 24 hours away. Please help. I have lost exactly 20 pounds (5'4", started at 149, and this morning was 129). How can I break my fast quickly so I can assimilate food tomorrow night. My preference would be to get through today and start breaking the fast first thing tomorrow. I thought I would start with bites of oranges, and then bites of raw vegetables. Then maybe bites of cooked vegetables with nothing on them. Then maybe rice?! Just enough so I can eat tomorrow and not get violently ill. Could I actually die if I ate tomorrow night? I am sure I can avoid meat, chicken, fish but it is an Indian restaurant so oil and spice avoidance not possible.
PLEASE HELP. I DO NOT MIND RESUMING ON SUNDAY BUT I MUST EAT TOMORROW NIGHT.
