What is it that you're expecting in response to posting your issues? If you don't take note of the things that you eat and drink, how do you expect to determine whether or not it's a food allergy or intolerance? How do you expect you'll be able to narrow down the causes without putting in some effort? If your own health and well-being isn't important enough to commit to work on, then you'll just have to learn to live with whatever you're dealing with. Without talking to doctors and having blood tests done, you'll never know if there's any chemical or physiological imbalance, and that could be disastrous, in the long-term.
Any techniques or protocols that CZ members will post in response to your concerns are going to require patience, time, and commitment. Period. There is no one-and-done supplement or anxiety management tool that's going to "cure" whatever is ailing you. It might be helpful to you to contemplate how important it is to manage your concerns and whether or not you're willing to give yourself - your Self - the time and attention that you deserve in order to manage the issues. Otherwise, every suggestion, technique, and protocol is going to be a waste of time for you, and for those who are taking the time to respond to you.
