Well any message that starts out listen 'b' sounds like you are being a little hard on some one to me.

This guy is right on. I have done The Master Cleanser 2 times a year for the last 4 years. All for 14 days. It took me a few times to get through it but now I am going strong. My husband encouraged me a lot which helped insted of being criticised for not being perfect. He was great and was amazed even when I did it for 3 days for the first time insted of the 10 I planned.

Whatever happens keep trying.
