You just did at age 25 what it has taken me 23 years to do! CONGRATULATIONS on completing your fast. I sure wish someone had educated me about healthy eating and fasting for cleansing when I was your age. At 17 I weighed in at 125 (had to lose weight to get there!), and at 37 I was somewhere close to 160! Now at age 40 1/2 I have made it back to my goal weight - 125!! And I am coming out of this so much more educated on a healthy lifestyle and how vital that is.
Weight is definitely important, as I learn more and more about how toxins are stored. And for me, this fast has been quite the eye-opening journey. Today, day 26, I am still expelling brown stuff!! I can't imagine what my colon must have looked like before I started this journey. Makes sense now why I've always had the "pooch" in the middle - no matter how many sit-ups I did all those years. (Goodbye liposuction!!) Now I know why I was not able to assimilate healthy food or ever lose weight no matter how hard I tried or how disciplined I ate. I needed some serious detoxification! And thankfully I found this forum before a surgeon's knife found me.
