Andreas would probably say flush again.... you're liver is probably very congested and you might have a huge blockage in the main bile duct

did you try drinking Epsom Salts and see if it releaes some congestion?

No meds for 10 days? where did you read that? I would flush asap some people don't even do the apple juice but you could also take gold coin grass to break up some congestion. It's a little late for all that though if you're flushing within a few days
