ICU's protocol/ iver/abend-how many rounds?

How many times of the ivermectin/albendazole protocol do most people find it takes to be totally cured. I have done the two weeks of ICU's 2 days on and 2 days off ivermectin while doing albendazole twice in 24 hours --for two weeks - one week of albendazole then 2 weeks of both --- I am sooooo much better but am still getting little bites on my face and so should I do another two weeks?
