I have have had a lot luck with a product called Scram and CatsClaw. You have parisites. Mostly its the fat they seem to consume. You can also take Tumeric for inflammation . Hydrogen proxide alcohol. will help to open and clear you pores. A dermatogolist can help antibotics . Regular doctor is no help.
