Dear Invisible Kid,

It doesn't take an "unbelievable
effort" to change what you eat and
drink. You really won't be "torturing yourself" if you give up
the junk-food, dead-food diet that
all your peers enjoy. Indeed, a
switch to a vegetarian diet that consists of 70 percent living food,
will probably cure your acne, as
well as your depression.

Don't be cynical. That's your mind,
trying to steer you away from the
Healing Path. Our minds love to involve us in Soap-Opera; the more
sordid, the better.

But your intuition, your inner spirit, led you to CureZone, and
sugggested you post your story. You
need to listen to your intuition.
If you do, I promise you that the
Deva of your soul, your Deep Intuition, will lead you out of the
jungle you now find yourself in.

Don't give one scintilla of credence
to Quackwatch. They're sponsored by
the same Big Pharma companies that
gave us Vioxx, Celebrex. and all the
poisonous drugs you take to counter
your depression. Know this for a fact: there are entire industries
that want you to be depressed, to be
sick, because that's how they make
their money. If you feel a tingle
of sorts in reading that, it's your
intuition telling you to pay attention.

Your current lifestyle has brought
you close to killing yourself, correct? You can either sign off now, or you can make a SINCERE effort to change your life. You choose.

I'm going to give you some suggestions. If you make an HONEST
effort to implement them, by
Easter, you'll be feeling a whole lot better; not only emotionally,
but physically and spiritually.
And in 10 years, you'll look back
at this crisis with very different
eyes. What seems now to be a Curse,
will look like a Blessing; a dark
night of the soul that caused you
to change your life in ways that
you had to.

1) I want you to adopt a vegetarian
or semi-vegetarian eating regimen.
Canned sardines and salmon are allowed. 70 percent of what you eat
should be living food, preferably
organic. Your taste buds are dead
right now, from eating junk all your
life. Within 2 months of eating
clean, living food, your moribund
taste buds will awaken, and then it
will be MUCH easier.

No meat & no dairy, except for an
organic yogurt. No fast food. No
junky snacks, including soda-pop.
No frozen or micro-waved food.
Nothing processed that comes out of
a box. The SAD diet is full of toxic
chemicals, some of which have brought on your depression. Your
body KNOWS what it needs to heal itself, but you listen to the media
and your friends, and choose junk.
That disconnect between what your
body wants and needs -- and can't
get from you -- may well be the core
of your depression.

2) Drink 3 to 4 quarts of pure water
every day. Dehydration is a major
cause of depression. Most Americans
are dehydrated. You must give up
drinking soda, alcohol, sport's drinks, and coffee. They dehydrate
you. Between now and Easter, limit
yourself to pure water and fresh-
squeezed juices. Get yourself a
juicer, and use it every day.

3) Your intestinal tract -- all 32
feet of it -- undoubtedly needs to
be cleansed. CureZone is a good place to learn about cleanses. You
need to begin with a colon cleanse,
followed by a liver cleanse and a
colonic. You'll be amazed at the
toxic waste that will come out of
you. The cleanses are not difficult.
By Memorial Day, your digestive
system can be clean. It's your choice.

4) You need to begin doing some
exercise that you enjoy doing. At 64, I do light workouts with weights, bounce happily on my rebounder, and walk outside every day. Your body needs sunlight,
sans sunsceens and hats. Make it a
point to walk outside if possible.
Breathe deeply and evenly through
your nose while walking (or doing
anything).

5) Here are some books that I recommend, in addition to reading
posts on various CureZone Forums :
LESSONS FROM THE MIRACLE DOCTORS by
Doctor Jon Barron. This is the best
single volume I've ever read about
keeping your body healthy. It will
pay its cost back a thousandfold.

Also buy THE KEY TO HEALTH AND REJUVENATION by Andreas Moritz , who
has a forum (Ask Andreas) here at
CZ. Andreas is a very wise and very
healthy 50 year-old man. You need to
learn what he does to stay that way.

And last (for now) I strongly suggest you buy a copy of THE POWER
OF NOW by Eckhart Tolle. Eckhart is
a spiritually enlightened man. There's nothing airy-fairy about this wonderful book. You, who are
at the point of suicide, desperately
need to ingest the timeless wisdom
in this book. Tolle almost killed
himself at 29. After you read the
first few pages, you won't be able
to put it down.

That's enough for now. I hope you
choose Life over Death. If you do,
I can almost assure you that the
Deva of your soul, the inner voice
of your spirit, will steer you onto
the Healing Path, and keep you there
all the days of your long and satisfying life.
