Rowan is right, there's no way to lose that amount of weight that quickly. But a combination of juicing/MC-ing sounds like a good start.
I would recommend doing 15-30 days of raw fruits and veggies (losing all caffeine, refined sugars, dairy, and yeast/gluten) as a pre-cleanse, then 30-40 days of juice fasting (or MC, or a combination of both), then spend 6 months on a good, healthy Diet rich in veggies, fruits, and whole grains.
After the 6 months, you could do another say 10-20 day fast of either juicing or MC, then back to the healthy diet. If you stick to a healthy Diet you should continue to lose weight in between fasts while building up your health. Once you attain your goal weight, it's a good idea to do the 10-day Master-Cleanse once a year just for deep cleansing.
Exercise will be key throughout this entire process, of course. And I hope it goes without saying that a complete lifestyle change is necessary to keep the weight off.
