I am not going to tell you NOT to do this because if it works for you, then it will be worth it. We live in such an obese world and it seems to be getting worse instead of better.
So, if you want to lose the weight this quickly, go ahead, but expect to be very, very tired. You will be in a horrible mood, too. Read lots of books and have plenty of quiet time. Stay away from the TV because it tends to focus on food ads. All of this is short term.....30 days out of 365? Such a short amount of time to spend in 2015. Your body will rid itself of toxins, too.
Drink plenty of water.
If this works, please post again and let me know. You could expect to lost 30 pounds, but a lot of this will be water weight and you will gain a little back once you begin eating again.
