Root canals, metal screws any good?

Hello all, I need your advice about my teeth.

http://mydentistaz.com/interactive-meridian-tooth-chart/
According to the chart I have these artificial teeth:

-#19 root canal filled with Zinc Oxide Eugenol and Gutta Percha. It's only 1 year old, but sometimes it gets painful when I eat something spicy, so I guess it has micro gaps, it's a minor problem tho.

-#13 metal screw with a composite crown, but the nerve is alive there, this tooth was sitting there for about 3 years without any issues, but when I feel pain in #19, I can feel it in #13 as well for some reason.

All other teeth are real and there's no issues so far.

So my question is, can these teeth cause any health issues in the long run? Should I keep them or should I pull them out and choose implants, bridge or partials instead?

Thank you.
