I've often thought doctors dished out opinions, and some were better informed than others. I've found that with a little research I could quickly know as much about a particular condition as an average doctor. Often times their knowledge is long out of date, or limited to approved therapies only. In emergencies they can be indespensible, but if you have the luxury of time to do your own research, and are as intelligent as a doctor, you can do quite well creating a treatment plan that includes options they are not legally able to reccomend. I look forward to the virtual doctor. I hate going to hospitals and waiting in a room full of sick people, wondering if I'll catch something worse than I came in with.
