I believe it is a combination of things...

Iodine deficiency sound reasonable. If the body of the mother,
who is genetically pre-disposed to neurological issues, does not have Iodine deficiency... her immune system could capture the mercury from vaccines, before it is trapped at the blood brain barrier.

I Iodine paint most every day and fights against flu's, cold's and allergies that stress the immune system... And a hundred other illnesses Iodine sufficiency helps prevent...
