Re: self-gratification - is there ways to control myself?

It's a good thing to try to stop MB everyday. Your body needs a rest. Some -- relatively safe -- medications have the side effect that they will reduce your sex drive. Many are antidepressants. You may want to talk to your MD about putting you on one. It can reduce your sex drive, you'll still feel good, and it may boost your confidence. Yes!

What happens is that you have "psychienergy." A desire to meet someone and that desire gives you the courage to act. But if you reduce your drive/desire by MBing, then you won't have the drive to act.

Also should you decided to have sex, I STRONGLY recommend you get your partner tested (and still) use a condom. Remember condom!!!

Of the three
1. Medication to reduce desire
2. spank the monkey
3. Get Her (and You) Tested + Condom

And remember, just because she test's negative to an STD, doesn't mean she doesn't have it. All it means is that the chances are lower. It takes some people a while (3 - 6 months) sometimes, to show that they have an STD on a test -- this is certainly true of HIV. Syphillis and HEP B and C are similar.
