Yes. Avaiding overly processed foods, sticking to veggies, fruits, lean protein definitely made a difference. Nightshade vegetables are a source of inflammation: tomatoes, white potatoes, chile peppers, eggplant. Reducing those helped, even though tomatoes and chiles are my favorites. Avoiding fake sugars (any kind of artificial sweetner) and partially hydrogenated oils were eliminated. Used date Sugar or learned about fruits/veggies high in sucrose and satisfying.
