You're story says it all. Keeping on the right track, steady and consistently, will get me where I need to be.
I've got about 35-40 lbs to go myself to get close to my ideal weight. I figure this next fast (start Friday) will get me close to the top of my weight range. I kept all the weight off from the August fast about 7 lbs, plus an additional 3 lobs on top of that! Started some easy yoga and pilates, AND still try to lift weight 1-2 times a week with some cardio thrown in. It's been so much simpler to adhere to a better diet. Although, after 6-7 weeks since my last fast, Sugar is once again rearing it's ugly claws. I hope to remedy that by getting my main temptor (husband) on the fast too and getting his cravings in control so I don't have to see the 10 p.m. snacking.
