I'm still "behind a couple of pages" not tried straining or maple syrup.. Let me guess, cheese cloth or such, in the fridge? what stays on top eat, what falls through add maple syrup to? In a few days that's me starter? ... Salt is necessary... IMAM *just about* everyday sufficient? Am I picking up what your putting down? Thanks
