Iodine at 50mg/day did a miracle for me. Now I'm hoping to get my wife and children on board. I'm comfortable helping my wife do this correctly since she can take all the co-supplements, but I'm a little skiddish about what and how to give my 3 and 5 year old iodine. I'd like to be on the conservative side for dosing. here are my questions:
1. Is liquid Lugols the best for kids or is there another way they can take it? They are probably young for swallowing pills.
2. What do they NEED for co-supplements, and how do I do it? I'm guessing they need selenium. Do I just open up a capsule and sprinkle in some yogurt or something? What co-factors are must haves and in what quantities? Thanks for help.
