Oh please. How do you know eating high-carb would have "killed" you? The only people where that actually could happen is people with severe anorexia who may have trouble re-introducing carbs too quickly. It's called Refeeding Syndrome. But that still proves my case that AF is really starvation.
The reason I still "obsess" about it is because I still message with people here who are trying my advice of eating high-carb/low-fat in sufficient calories and they are finally getting better and when I login to chat with them, I browse the AF section to read some of the new people's post and they just keep proving what I'm saying because every single one of them are calorie-restricting.
And this is my only account, so please stop spreading rumors about me. The only thing the mods were good about is censoring the truth about what's really causing people's problems around here and that is under-eating and low-carb diets.
