recommend getting plenty of sun exposure, exercise moderate, and regular sleep cycle as in 9 or 10 PM to 6 or 7 AM. Sleep cycle appears to be important to many.
again for diet start with mildest then move further along if you need:
Paleo > Autoimmune Paleo > SCD > GAPS
try to eliminate FODMAP foods when you start as well. These can be a problem.
bone broths are very good to heal gut lining as are gelatins.
