Re: Collagen Loss?

I lost a lot of collagen. I was in my early 30s and didn;t wrinkle, but rather, looked emaciated. My face, lips looked painfully thin.

When you are able to stop the cortisol from flowing all the time, and get healthy, your tissues will stop breaking down and start rebuilding.

I drank a lot of broth, ate a lot of meat and took Type I & III powdered collagen when my gut was strong enough to handle and digest it.

I have heard that astaxanthin is a good supplement for wrinkles and skin appearance. Its a very potent antioxidant that has given me energy after I stabilized on the basics (C, B5, D). I just restarted it a couple days ago and it helps my stressed-damaged mitochondria make more energy.
