You can try adding a bit more salt to the SWF. 3 teaspoons work better for me than 2.
It's usually a cyclical process for me. Some days are different than others. I don't know what the B&P shake is, but just keep doing tea at night and SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) in the morning.
Sometimes I experiment with doing different things in the morning after drinking the SWF. Like laying back down, walking around stretching, different times, to see if one will trigger the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) more than the other.
