True, regular use is not good. But it's important to be eliminating. I find when people usually start the Master Cleanse, they want to do everything except for the laxative part.

What ends up happening is they don't eliminate, feel terrible and think the fast is not for them.

The elimination is just about the most important aspect of the fast! It's not good enough to just urinate to remove toxins.

Another mistake is when people take the laxative or the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) at different periods of the day. Laxative at night, SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) in the morning.

The first time I did the cleanse, I took the laxative at night and in the morning. For me this was too much and I experienced cramps. But taking the laxative at night and SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) in the morning works well for me.

I would suggest using the laxative for at least 5 days, or go up to 10. If you are going longer on the cleanse, then try without the laxative, but make sure you are still eliminating.
