Re: How much coral calcium?

This is a great question. Part of the answer has to do with the brand you are using. I have tried them all and the best by far IMHO is Bob's CORAL CALCIUM SUPREME. I take three of these (1000 mg) in the morning and evening. And you need not pay 20+ a bottle for this excellent brand. If you search around on the internet, you can find specials for as low as 9 bucks a bottle.

Also, if you take a teaspoon of Arm and Hammer baking soda with an 8 oz glass of water before bed, you will wake up with a pH of 9 or so. Here is some information, although there is another blurb which I could not find which specifically speaks of ingesting sodium bicarbinate http://www.armhammer.com/basics/magic/index.asp#2

also, there are many other avenues of increasing pH which shoudl be practiced in addition to the above. Firstly, oxygenation.. breathing, increases pH as oxygenation and alkalinity are the exact same thing. And more importantly, ELIMINATE ACIDIC CRAP FROM YOUR LIFE. like: coffee, soda pop, sugar, and everything else you find through research which increases acidity.

and as a closer: fruits and veggies!!!! LOTS of them.

If your diet is a mess and you are not breathing, exercising, all the coral calcium in the world is not going to affect your pH..

Hope this helps!

ps- www.healthy4life.com is one way to find the supreme at discounted prices.
