ala??????
I bought some ALA last night.. it was on my list of supplements to try... I don't even remember why.
So, I'm searching it here and seeing that people use it to chelate heavy metals.... great!
I guess thats a good thing and that was on my to-do list (eventually) so I figured I'd give it a go... but i was a little scared since I'm reading that some people have a hard time with 1 mg... and mine are 200mg :/
I took 3- 200mg caps today and don't feel too bad. I did have a slight headache, but also read that it can cause blood
Sugar to drop and maybe cause a headache until the body adjusts. It feels like a very mild motion sickness headache, which I normaly associate as a toxin headachd. I thought I'd try eating in case it was a blood
Sugar crash but that didn't take the headache away. Its very mild in the back of my head and not enough to where it affects my ability to function.
I don't even know if i have heavy metals but assuming so because everyone has them to some degree, i live in america lol and had mercury fillings... the last were removed and replaced in 2004 (by a regular dentist, not a biological dentist)
I guess my question is, should i really be taking 3 of the 200mg caps every day? Or should i somehow try to split it into smaller doses? They are capsules with powder inside. Should I be taking anything else incase i do have a load of metals to remove? And how are the metals excreted once they are bound? Urine, stool, sweat? All 3?
It's now or never I guess.. I've already started so I can't turn back now.
Thank you!!!
