I agree with Stalagmight: TSH is a useless number. Here is why:

TSH goes up when supplementing Iodine - Flechas,”Not a bad thing”
TSH goes up to drive Iodine into cells drives the sodium Iodide symporter- Dr. Tenpenny
TSH Expected to go up = Simporter active - Brownstein
to activate sodium Iodide symporters. The pump that gets Iodide into cells. CZ

This gets even worse: Fluoride totally distorts Thyroid test numbers:
