Omega3 : Omega6 imbalance

It is one of many symptoms of Omega3 : Omega6 imbalance.

Omega3 : Omega6 imbalance is cause by overuse of oils high in Omega6 fatty acids, and low in Omega3 fatty acids.

Examples of those oils are: sunflower, corn, soy, rape seeds.

Olive oil is Omega3 : Omega6 neutral.

Flaxseed oil helps correct the imbalance.

Take flaxseed oil with cottage cheese or with homemade yogurt and it will correct itself from inside out.

Also, drink more water.
Dry skin is always a sign of Omega3 : Omega6 imbalance, and of dehydration.

Locate information about Johanna Budwig diet and learn.

Liver Flush can also help with dry skin on elbows.
Flush tonight!
