How was your liver flush!? I SO need to do a Liver Flush...I am so timid to do it honestly! :/, I have all the stuff and some books to read and am convinced I need to do it...but why I am so terrified to do it is beyond me lol.... In four days we are going to do the Extra Strength cleanse! I'm actually excited! :D
