Re: Sulfur for hypoglycemia and collagen building

I'm updating my old messages to help others new to adrenal fatigue. In hindsight I think that sulfur is only part of the puzzle. I think garlic helped me so much due to the fact that it's high in selenium. I think the above message was written after I had been diagnosed with hypothyroidism and probably before I found out I had hashimoto's thyroiditis. Selenium is pertinent to get your thyroiditis under control and your thyroid can't function without it. On top of that I think the garlic works as an anti-inflammatory and I'm dealing with a lot of inflammation so it was more than likely taking a load off of my adrenal glands. Garlic cloves (raw) are probably very important to take for those of us with hypothryoidism and adrenal fatigue. It's not a cure all but definitely will probably speed things up as inflammation is extremely hard on the adrenals. I slacked off eating it because you need to take it carefully as raw garlic is very irritating to the stomach at first and can make you throw up. I'm going to go back to taking it but making sure it's organic and not irradiated. Hopefully this will speed my healing through NB and iodine.
