I'm happy to report that I made it to day 12 (today), 12 lbs. lighter and feeling better than I have in a long time. So everyone who's wondering why they're doing this, hang in there, its well worth it.
I will be breaking the fast starting tomorrow. What's not clear to me is whether you continue to drink the lemonade along with the orange juice & veg. soup? Does anyone know the proper way to do this? It doesn't really give clear instruction in the book.
