I eat quinoa, corn, black beans and salsa mixed throughout the week. On Saturdays I'll eat meat, spaghetti with meat or even pizza. I don't work weekends so I don't have to worry about the odor coming back. For breakfast during the week I eat the following:

1 cup of yogurt
6-8 almonds
1 apple



lunch I'll have a bagel with almond butter
