I've been doing the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) (2 t. Sea Salt w/ 32 oz. H2O) each morning on an empty stomach, however, it's been taking at least 2-3 hours for me to have a BM. I drink lax tea in the evening before bed, but last night I skipped the tea and just did the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) this morning. I'm on day five. Am I doing something incorrectly?
