Thanks for the kind words and advice, pepe! I have read your posts before, especially the detox post, and I have also read the ptree posts, and have many of them bookmarked for future refrence. Very, very good stuff. While losing weight is great, it's more of a byproduct that I know I will achieve- I know that when I eat great and exercise regularly, I will lose the unwanted weight (although I am a little worried that I have hit an age-related slump, that Human Growth Hormone drops off around 30!).
My main goal with the UC is to clean my body and get myself going in the right direction! If the only thing I see is feeling a little bit better, a little less sluggish, I will be 100% happy. Unless I am feeling utterly miserable on day 5 (Sunday), I fully intend to go to at least 10 days.
