Yes,I read that from hopinso, and that's what prompted me to ask the question. So, what should one do if one wants to do a long Master-Cleanse and doesn't want to risk ending up with bowel problems? I had no problems last time with my 21 day, but I plan to go longer this time.
Should I just skip it? I know you probably will advise me to do the SWF, but that is not a practical thing for me to do. I wake up early and commute 1 hr via public transportation every morning, so I really don't want to chance things ;-) Of course, I might be tempted to do it once I get to work; does it have to be first thing upon waking, or can I do it about 2 hours after waking?
