I'm on day 25. After the first 3 days, it's pretty much been a breeze. I can't remember exactly how many MCs I've done but it's gotta be 10 or more so I've had some practice (did a bunch over 10 years ago). I do SWF's on the days I work from home and weekends and then the tea most evenings. I take a lot of baths and have also done some foot detox pads. I drink a lot of lemonade and water. I've ordered a juicer so I can come off the fast cleanly. Gotten lots of gunk out and have lost about 20 lbs.
p.s. I think I'll go 28 days .. maybe a couple less..
