Yeah, food is everywhere, especially in the first world countries. No reason to run after it.
I'm craving kimchi (or however it's written. You know, the korean vegetables in a really sharp sauce.). I have no idea why. Oh, and baked salmon with lemon juice. Really, vegetables and fish are the things I want the most. Fruits, meat and processed foods the least. Strange, huh.
I'm probably not eating enough :D
The acid reflux started on day 9 or 10, if I remember correctly, then it paused for a while after day 14 and now it appears periodically.
Tbh, I think it's because I've become weak during the fast. Maybe the corresponding muscles don't do their work properly?
