I only said 13 days because it's just always been a lucky number for me, I've done (2) 13 day master cleanse in the past so I guess I just said 13 days waterfast.:) but I will do 14 days exact or ill drive myself crazy-) loll
Always think positive, if you tell your self that you will not gain all the weight back you won't. Slowly introduce juices, the fruits & vegetables while listening to your body. Before you know it, you can eat healthy normal. Just like you fast ease into foods one day at a time. Fasting is the easy part but easing into food is a crucial process, if you do mess up juicefast for like 2 days then continue. 22 days on water only is great and you do not want to binge or eat bad after you begin eating. One day at a time.-)
