Thanks to all of you for posting - you've made such a difference in my master cleanse experience. I am currently finishing day three with the original intent of going to ten days (this is my first MC). I'm wondering, however, what additional benefits there are for going the full 21 days (or longer)?
I'm trying to keep active, and walked about seven miles today (my usual Sunday stroll) - is this too much? I'm drinking about six lemonades a day and that seems to be okay for me.
