I also sometimes try to think of realistic eating goals after fasting.
I know that a vegan/vegetarian diet is nothing for me in the long run. Maybe an iifym approach and a 36h WF once a week? eat 5x a day, smaller portions and so on. I really have no idea.

I'm 30 lbs overweight at the moment + hormonal acne. To cure my Acne I have to lose weight, but my hormonal disorder makes it quiet impossible to lose weight for me.
I'm trying to kill two birds with one stone. I just hope 28 days will be enough. :/
I don't have enough freetime to wf for 35 days considering I have to do 2-3 weeks of refeeding after the fast.
