Re: You don't need chlorine IN THE SHOWER EITHER!!.

thanks for all of the wonderful information, Owen. What a great thread you began! :)

I just wanted to mention that it is also of crucial importance that people use shower filters. I had one at my last home for years, and after moving to a new location, didn't replace it right away. anyway, what a HUGE difference it makes. Sometimes we forget that the SKIN is the largest organ of our body, and bombarding it with chlorine is not only bad reagrding dryness and what not, but bad simply because it is toxic and skin/EYES/MOUTH contact brings these nasties right into the tissue and bloodstream. ALSO, we are inhaling this crap into our lungs as well. How many of us enjoy a nice hot shower upon awakening, at the end of a work-out, etc? Well, quite unhealthy to saturate your body, lungs, BRAIN in toxicity!

The model of shower filter they sell at home depot works great. I just bought one and installed it. It fits with virtually every brand of shower head. I noticed a profound difference after only ONE day. The obvious first impression is that the skin is much less dry. I sometimes use the types of organic oils and lotions that Owen enjoys after showereing because the skin is a bit dry. NOT ANYMORE!

It feels great and I strongly recommend everyone give this a try during this beautiful quest of hydrational health.

Ionized Light to All,

:)

Brian
