I think that fasting can be used as a cure for weight loss just as any other aliment, addiction, sickness it is used for. Currently I am looking somewhat into the same approach as you are...but I think you should give yourself a longer refeeding window to give your body a chance to readjust to eating and then back to fasting mode where u will continue to burn off pounds. How much weight if any do you gain back in those 2 days of refeeding. I'm finding that the first few pounds is water and is inevitable to gain back. I'm experimenting myself so I can't really give an exact answer , but what I am concluding for myself to get maximum results is 7-10 Water follow by 14 days of Raw Vegan and Exercise, repeat again until you get desire results.
