I just finish a 10 day and hope to build my way up. I realize that slow and easy is best. Work up babysteps from 3 , 5, 10 21 40. Anyways, It was a wonderful experience but I had to break it early because of my schedule. I would advise everyone to rest, rest, rest and dont push yourself with exercising. Take very short walks to stretch your muscles and very long baths in Epsom salt. I felt so good around day 7 that I pushed my self too hard walking and stuff. ...short blackout, but that was my fault. Overall Awesome experience. Good luck
