Re: Weight loss

Weight loss happens in the first big post and pre crash stage as the body relies on all reserves to maintain homestatis, meaning it burns everything as fuel...

Weight is put on when in recovery, when the 'fight or flight' mode is less activated and begins to be turned off, and the body begins to come out of the 'must keep going stres stress stress' mode and begins to restore metabolism...but in the process begins storing everything as fat for fuel in case it needs it. The HPA needs a complete rewire.

I went from being chronically underweight and lean pre big crash, to being overweight after a year post crash, to now tuning down to a normal size.
