I usually make 60 ounces for the day in 2 30 ounce containers.
It is recommended that you drink at least 6 10 ounce glasses of lemonade.
60 ounces of water
3 lemons (1 cup of lemon juice)
1 cup grade B maple syrup
2 droppers of liquid cayenne pepper
I measure out for each 30 ounces of water
1/2 cup of lemon juice
1/2 cup of maple syrup or 1/4 maple and 1/4 black strap molasses
1 dropper of liquid cayenne pepper
I usually would make this in the morning place the two containers in a plastic bag and off to work. I put one in the freezer at work. It would be slushy, Yum Yum. If you get hungry once you get home you can make another 30 ounces of lemon juice.
Because Somer said that the black strap picked her up when she felt weak. I noticed that it is higher in iron and potassium so I would put 1/4 cup of black strap molasses and 1/4 cup of maple syrup in the morning bottle. I never felt weak at all. It doesn't taste as good as with only maple syrup, but it seems to give more energy. I hope this helps.
