supposedly, ebola isn't as scary as it sounds. it's hard to catch unless you're directly caring for those infected. i remember my grandparents talking about it way back in the day before rubber gloves and containment suits.
the us sent them in, so they sort of bear the responsibility to see to it that these people don't die of the disease. but it's amazing how i can go see a doctor with a jar full of worms that i shit out and they fly into panic mode, read through books to look them up and then say they have no idea how to treat me, even if they did.. they aren't allowed to treat me... i have to be referred to GI and hope to god they see them during a colonoscopy because we all know that the stool tests are like searching for a needle in a haystack and my insurance will only pay for one. there are so many people HERE who are sick and dying... where the f*** are our doctors in white suits?
