Low Neutrophils and High Lymphocytes (relative count)

Does anyone noticed - Low Neutrophils and High Lymphocytes?
I'm talking about the relative counts, (not absolute count).

Relative counts - "A relative count refers to the amount of cells expressed as a percentage of the total number of white blood cells"

Absolute counts - "Absolute count refers to the actual concentration of cells"

From google:
http://www.buzzle.com/articles/low-neutrophils-and-high-lymphocytes.html

I've noticed it's repeating in my last blood tests.
I got one blood test from 2005 that showed normal relative count of Neutrophils and Lymphocytes.
That was before I've started with BO.
So I''m guessing it's connected somehow.

Your thoughts??
